1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Color Dash mobile game application. By downloading, installing, or using Color Dash, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Developer

Color Dash is developed and provided by SKYLARKPIXEL DANIEL SKOWRON, Ul. Teofila Aleksandra Lenartowicza 19-7, 43-300 Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

3. Eligibility and children

Color Dash is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age at which you can accept these Terms in your country, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. License to use the app

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Color Dash on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• You may not remove or alter proprietary notices in the app.
• You may not use the app for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Ownership and intellectual property

Color Dash, including its graphics, interface, gameplay elements, code, content, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

6. User conduct

You agree to use Color Dash in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, use bots or automated scripts to manipulate scores, misuse rewarded ads, or violate applicable laws.

7. Local data and no account

Color Dash does not require an account. Scores, leaderboard entries, nickname, avatar, and settings may be stored locally on your device. Local app data can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

8. Advertisements

Color Dash displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. Ads may appear during gameplay, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads.

Clicking or interacting with an advertisement may redirect you to an external website, app, or store page. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party advertising content or external destinations.

9. In-app purchases and rewards

Color Dash currently does not offer in-app purchases. Rewarded video ads may allow you to continue playing after a game over or receive another in-game benefit. Rewards depend on ad availability, network conditions, completion of the required ad interaction, and platform rules. Rewards are provided at our discretion and may be changed, limited, or discontinued.

10. App stores and platform rules

Your download and use of Color Dash may also be subject to the terms and policies of the app store or platform through which you obtained the app, including Google Play. If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the platform terms may apply to that specific issue.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Features, ads, rewards, local settings, and gameplay balancing may change. We may also update these Terms. The current version will be available on this page.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Color Dash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, ad availability, or preservation of local gameplay data.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Dash and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or mandatory consumer protection rules.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful or unauthorized way. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
